Overview

Parkview East (“Parkview”) is a community retail center spanning approximately 40,000 square feet across multiple buildings in Pasadena, Texas. Acquired by Banyan in 2016 as a value-add opportunity, the property underwent a comprehensive transformation. This included updating an outdated façade, implementing substantial capital improvements, and replacing a vacant office space with a successful national primary care clinic.

In 2019, the project was refinanced to return investor capital and distributions, and it was successfully divested in 2023.
